@Nami hahaha thank you nami❤️ yeh it turned out amazing. I was so happy! It took about 1 hour to cook, but I rested it in the fridge overnight before cooking. This helps the skin dry out

@Alice yep!! Used the oven at 175 degrees for about 45 mins then broiler on high for 10-15 mins (keep pork far away from the heating element)
