App crashes on iOS/Android, what should I do?

Please submit a report using this form. This way our developers can look into this straight away and fix it if necessary.

For iOS devices: Please kindly follow the instructions below to share the log data file with us.

  1. Go to Settings on your iOS device

  2. Go to Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data

  3. Find the log data file beginning with "HelloTalk_Binary..."

  4. Tap the latest file (usually "most recent 3 days") and see the details

  5. Click the "Share" button on the upper-right corner of the screen

  6. Select Email and send the file to support@hellotalk.com, the log data file will be automatically attached
