I can't play videos sent from my language partners? What can I do?

Please try the following steps first:

  1. Please try to play all the videos, some of them may be broken.

  2. If your partners can play them normally, your internet connection may not be stable or lost, try to connect with a different Wi-Fi or mobile network (4g/5g)

  3. Log out and log in to HelloTalk again

  4. Exit the app completely and re-launch app

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, you can submit a report using this form. This way our developers can look into this straight away and fix it if necessary.
