Why can't I send photos?
Please try the following steps first:
For iOS devices:
1)Please check if you have allowed HelloTalk access to your photo album from your phone Settings > Privacy > Photos > HelloTalk

Please do not select photos from iCloud

Please try turning your phone off and on again
For Android devices:

Please update to the latest version from Google Play and try again

Please check if you have allowed HelloTalk access to your phone album

Please check if there are too many photos in your album so that you can't open the album
