Technical issue
The app is slow, freezes or there is a network error, what should I do?
Please try the following steps first:

Log out and log in to HelloTalk again

Exit the app completely and re-launch app (not delete the account)

Try to connect with a different Wi-Fi or mobile network (4g/5g)
