The app is slow, freezes or there is a network error, what should I do?

Please try the following steps first:

  1. Log out and log in to HelloTalk again

  2. Exit the app completely and re-launch app (not delete the account)

  3. Try to connect with a different Wi-Fi or mobile network (4g/5g)
