What should I do when my account gets suspended due to being reported as a fake profile?
Your account may be suspended if the system detects that you have registered and unregistered multiple accounts with different identities (nationalities, native languages, gender, or age).
We need to verify your account first before further processing. Please kindly send us a video recording to confirm you're who you say you are and that you're a real person.
The video upload requirements:
-
Record a video between 30 - 60 seconds long
-
Please mention your HelloTalk user ID and nickname, nationality, and native language.
To help you resolve the issue promptly, please click on Submit Form to Upload Video.
This review process may take up to three business days. Please note that while we review your video recording, you will not have access to your account until we confirm it's you.
