It asks me to verify my phone number but I can't receive the verification code. What can I do?

There are several reasons why you may not have received an SMS verification code:

1.Security software on your phone may intercept messages from unknown senders and place it in your junk folder. Please check your junk mailbox.

2.There may be an issue with the mobile carrier, causing a delay in SMS delivery. Try waiting a few minutes, or tap the "Resend Verification Code" option.

3.Your phone number could be suspended, out of credit, or the SMS storage might be full.

4.The current phone number may not match the number registered with HelloTalk. The verification code may have been sent to the original number instead of the current number.

5.For Dual SIM devices, please try inserting the SIM card designated to receive the verification code.
