Why can't I receive notifications?

  1. Please make sure you always keep this app running in the background

  2. Please check if you have enabled both "New Message Alerts" and "Message Preview" from Me > Settings > Notifications on HelloTalk app

  3. Next, confirm you have enabled the notification function on your phone settings
