Why can't I change the language I want to learn? It shows "Network error. Please try again".

Please try the following steps first:

  1. Log out and log in to HelloTalk again

  2. Exit the app completely and re-launch app

  3. Try to connect with a different Wi-Fi or mobile network (4g/5g)
