Happy Friday!

This morning I caught

up with my friend Craig and we rode to Kurnell. 🚴🚴✨☕☕✨

Along the way we talked a lot about church and our friendships along with mutual friendships.😊 It was a nice morning chatting, drinking coffee and exchanging friendly banter all while exercising and taking in the refreshing morning air. 🌬️🚴‍♀️🚴

Once we reached the endpoint of Kurnell we made a spur of the moment decision to take a turnoff to a lookout spot known as Cape Solander. Usually from Cape Solander, whales can be seen migrating at this time of the year. ☀️✨🐳

Unfortunately, upon riding the turnoff road we were met with closed road signs ahead and inevitably could only turn back the way we came. 😔

All in all a fun ride with beautiful ocean views, 🌊 excellent chats and even a small stint towards the end where we had a small sprint to conclude the ride! 😁👍🚴🚴‍♀️ Craig is a little bit competitive. (but I'm happy to admit he is the better rider😆)
