Why can't I create a Live or Voiceroom?

You may not be able to create a Live or Voiceroom for the following reasons:

 

1. HT Live and Voiceroom features are currently not supported in your region.

 

2. You acted against HelloTalk Community Guidelines and your account is temporarily prohibited from creating Live and Voiceooms. Our Moderator Team has sent you a warning/suspenion message through our official System Notification account and informed you of the reason for the warning and the exact duration of the suspension if applicable.

 

If neither of the above fits your situation, there may have been an error. Please Submit Feedbackto contact Customer Service and describe the problem in detail.
