is very very common to drop the “g” at the end of a verb with the gerund “ing”! For example:

“I’m running”—-> “I’m runnin”
“We’re chilling”—-> “we’re chillin”
“They are playing video games” —-> “they’re playin video games”
“I was dreaming of”——> “I was dreamin of”
“What are you talking about?”—-> “what are you talkin about?”
