What kind of posts/comments are not allowed to send?

Our system will automatically scan every Moments post and comment through AI technology moderation. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services:

1. Posting content or broadcasting any message that infringes on the rights of third parties (in particular their intellectual property rights), or that is of a pornographic, discriminatory, racist, violent, political, religious, defamatory, or sexual nature, and/or which may constitute bullying or intimidation of other persons;

2. Advertising or searching for dating, relationships, or romance

3. QR codes or IDs from other apps (including but not limited to: WeChat, Line, Kakao, Snapchat, Skype, Instagram, etc.)

4. Advertising, marketing, promotional materials, spam, fundraising notifications, auctions, sweepstakes, sales, job hunting

5. Insulting language, including cursing

6. Drugs and alcohol

7. Posting unsolicited commercial communications

8. Collecting information, data, or content belonging to other users without their consent

9. Using the name, the voice or the image of any person without their permission

10. Using automated means to collect information from Services

11. Using the HelloTalk App in an illegal, dishonest, malicious and/or discriminatory manner
