My account has been locked for 24 hours because I entered the wrong password several times. Can you help me log in?

If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked by the system for 24 hours. In this case, you must wait for 24 hours before trying again. Our Customer Service Team will not be able to assist during this period. Please be sure to enter the correct password. If you need to reset your password, please choose one of the following methods:

 

  1. From the account login page, click Forgot Password

 

  1. In the app, go to Me > Settings > Account > Password > Click Forgot Password

 

If the login email is no longer available, or you cannot receive the password reset email for other reasons, please click here to submit a form, and our Customer Service Team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
