Why can't I back up my chat?

For iOS devices:

  1. Please make sure your iCloud has enough space

  2. Please make sure "Apps Using iCloud" is enabled for HelloTalk

  3. Please make sure your device has enough space

For Android devices:

  1. Please make sure your device has enough space

  2. Please make sure storage access is enabled for HelloTalk.
