How can I contact the HelloTalk Team?

You can contact the HelloTalk Team in the following ways:

 

  1. In the HelloTalk app, go to Me > Following/Followers > HelloTalk Team at the top. Then click Message > Feedback to submit a form.

 

  1. Send an email to support@hellotalk.com and attach information related to your account, including your HelloTalk ID, nickname, and registered email.
