How can I report someone?

Please understand that we can only take action after receiving reports from users. Without any report records or evidence, we cannot do anything. Please refer to the following guidelines for more details:

If it happens in a chat, please go to the chat list, click on the person's profile, then click on the ... icon in the top right corner to report. Choose the reason for reporting and select chat history to submit. After submission, our team will review and handle it.

If it's a post, click on the ... icon in the top right corner of the post to report it.

If it's a comment, long-press the comment to report it.

If it's in a group chat, go to the group chat settings by clicking on the icon in the top right corner to report.

Reporting in a Voiceroom

a.) If someone onstage is speaking inappropriately, click on their profile picture, then click on the ... icon in the top right corner to report.

b.) If the Host is speaking inappropriately, report the entire room by clicking on the second icon from the left at the bottom of the room (to the right of the CC icon). Choose the reason and submit.

c.) If you see inappropriate comments in the chat, long-press the comment to report it.

Reporting in a Live Room

a.) If the Host behaves inappropriately during the livestream, click on the Host's profile picture in the top left corner of the livestream to report.

b. If you notice inappropriate comments or behavior from a guest who's on stage, click on their nickname in the bottom right corner to report.

c.) If you see negative comments in the chat, long-press the comment to report it.
