How can I leave a Live host Fanclub and cancel the auto-renew?

Please follow the steps below and leave a Fanclub:

 

1. Join the Live Room of the one whom you would like to leave the Fanclub.

 

2. Click on the Fanclub button (heart icon) right next to the Live Room title at the top. This will bring up the Fanclub panel at the bottom.

 

3. Click [X privilege has been acquired].

 

4. Tap the [...] icon in the upper right corner and click [Leave Fanclub].

 

5. Leaving the Fanclub will automatically cancel the auto-renewal feature.

 

If you cannot join a Live room of the host, please click Submit Feedback to contact the Customer Service Team.
