How long does it take to receive payment after making a withdrawal?
After submitting a withdrawal request, our Operations Team will carefully review it before forwarding it to the Finance Department for processing. This typically takes at least 15 business days.
We strive to process the withdrawal funds by the 25th of each month and ensure that the funds arrive promptly in your designated account. If you have not received the withdrawal funds after the 25th, please click here to submit feedback, and we will quickly resolve the issue for you.
