I took the picture on the left in December 2019. In January

2020 I hired a health coach and have been focusing on becoming healthy. Loosing weight is a slow process in order to keep the weight off. After 18 months of hard work I have lost over 100 lbs and feel amazing. I am not done loosing weight but I am so much healthier then I was. I now love working out and being active! I cannot wait to see what I will look like in January 2022!🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏻❤️
