I am wanting to ask politely, “Have you seen this movie?” 😬☺️

이 영화 본 적 있어요?
OR
이 영화 봤어요?

Is this correct? If so, what is the difference?
THANK YOU and gracias!

I am enjoying being Princess Poppy from the movie Trolls for the day.

이 영화 본 적 있어요 is way more natural. Both have same meaning tho

They both sounds polite. But if you wanna make it sound more polite, you can say 이 영화 본 적 있으세요?

이 영화 본 적 있어요? means Have you ever seen this movie? 이 영화 봤어요? means did you watch this movie? but you can use both When you want to ask if the other person has ever seen the movie. the two expressions are not used strictly separately!

In my opinion, either one is fine with you in the same situation. 😄 If you wanted to say more polite, you can say 이 영화 본 적 있으세요? Or 이 영화 보셨어요? 😄
