Correct! No worries:) but there need to space betwwen 생활 and 방식; 생활 방식. However, the word ‘생활 방식’ usually use same word as ‘문화’. Actually the there is no big difference between words in real life!

    음식과 생활방식 너무 좋아요

(나는/저는) 음식과 생활 방식 너무 좋아요. /(나는/저는 한국 음식과 생활 방식을 너무 좋아합니다. / (나는/저는 한국 음식과 문화가 너무 좋아요. / (나는/저는 한국 음식과 문화를 너무 좋아합니다. (이/가 : makes a noun the topic of the sentence; 을/를 : makes a noun objective because 좋아합니다 needs object in the sentence)

I love Korean foods. All over the history, Korean never invaded other country.

This is not an absolute rule I guess. But think about it this way. When the word is an object, 은/는 is mostly used when you are comparing the object with something else. 나는 피시앤칩스가 좋아요. 'I like fish and chips'. VS ry는 햄버거나 피시앤칩스 모두 좋아하나요? Do you like both burgers and fish and chips? 나는 피시앤칩스는 좋아요' I like fish and chips (but don't like burgers). But you can also use 은/는 when you don't explicitly compare things but there are comparable things in common sense. For instance, 뭐 먹고 싶어? What would you like to have? 난 해물은 싫어 I don't want seafood (but may eat other things).
