Good morning 😃 ☀️

Buddha said, “ holding onto anger is like

grasping onto hot coal with the intent to throwing it to someone else. Yet, your the one who gets burned”.

When we let our feelings and emotions take over our thoughts we do ourselves more harm than good. So we should stop, think, and then react before we do or say something we are going to regret later.

Have a good day!

@Lucky 王乐乐 Beautifully put ,🌺 mindfulness calms in handy when dealing with negative emotions, however it’s not easy to maintain the feeling of calmness, it requires lot of practice 🌻

@Josefin yes I agree! How we regulate our emotions does have an affect on how we respond to situations.

Man hasn't taken any sip that is better with God than the sip of anger that he swallowed for the pleasure of God. (Prophet Mohammad) Anger is a very bad companion: it exposes the faults, it brings the bad closer and the good away.(Imam Ali)

Furthermore to be angry and fury can hurt our mind and body, just like a lot of people who live between us
