I have exchanged Diamonds for VIP. Why can't I use VIP features?

After exchanging Diamonds for VIP, please close the app and restart it. Then check if the VIP badge next to your username on your profile is lit up. If it’s not, please take a screenshot of your Diamond consumption record and [Submit Feedback] to contact the Customer Service Team. To view your Diamond consumption record, follow these steps: Go to [Me] > [HT Coins] > [Account overview] > [Diamonds]
