I can't see any Moments/language partners in the Nearby tab, what should I do?

Please understand that some permissions are necessary for using certain functions in the app. You need to enable location permission from your phone settings and then you can see Moments and search for language partners based on location.

How to enable location permission from your phone:

iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > HelloTalk > Allow Location Access

Android: Settings > Apps or Apps & Notifications > HelloTalk > Permission
