Why can't anyone see my Voiceroom?

Please review the following:

 

When there is nobody on stage with their mic turned on, including when the host is alone in the room with the mic turned off:

1. If the room remains muted for 5 minutes or longer, other users won't see the room in the Voiceroom list.

2. If the microphone is reactivated within 10 minutes, the room's visibility will be restored, and it will reappear in the Voiceroom list.

3. If it remains muted for over 10 minutes, the room will be automatically closed.
