Udon with homemade beef broth. Miso paste and shittake mushroom

seasoning were added to the broth. First time I ate a Japanese KitKat bar. Delicious! 😋

@Kumi It has a flavor of shiitake mushroom.☺️ Fresh shiitake mushrooms are the best, but when I'm lazy I use this seasoning in broth and vegetables.🤗

Everything is great! I have never seen the shiitake mushroom seasoning🧂 in Japan. Was it good? I will look for it in an import grocery store. I love KitKat bar too.🥰
