I grew up around poverty and hell. I was raised by women who

worked at a KTV only because my parents didn't care about me. College kicked my ass figuratively and literally.. But I'm not going to stop trying to make a comfortable life for myself.

@체리 thanks, i appreciate your support. I feel detached from my country of birth as if there's nothing here for me. Honestly, I think if I work a few years in Korea or China, saving up money and doing something outlandish like moving to Central Asia sounds appealing. Just to find peace

@Lee 你呢。My plan was to be in China already, work for a few years/study, but if it takes a little while longer, I'll make it eventually. Just have to keep trying. The West has its benefits, but it hasn't been as kind or welcoming as China or Korea when I've been.
