Had a really good workout tonight with my kids. I followed that

up with a fruity pebble flavoured whey protein shake. Then I used avocado oil on some brisket beef patties. I cook those up and I put them on an onion bun and then my daughter and I decided to make dessert for tomorrow, which will be a oreo pudding pie with a Graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and will later on sprinkle on Graham cracker dust with a cherry on top. Bon appetit!
