Oh my Gosh! 😱🏮

This time last year I experienced my first Japanese

Festival in Saijo, Ehime. 💕✨🤗

The traditions were a little lost on me 🥺 but I respectfully observed the customs over the two days I was there.

The floats were something I had only seen in photos and they were so incredible! The Danjiri and Mikoshi were impressively decorated especially at night once the lanterns were lit up. ✨✨

The floats will gather at Saijo Shrine tonight. How I wish I was going.😭🏮🏮 It was an experience, that few foreigners experienced while I was there. So I feel so fortunate I had the opportunity to witness this festival in Japan. 🥺❤️

    @Trevor oh, you should visit when you have the chance Trevor. This one was so great. 💕❤️But there aren't many in this month. I believe most of them can be seen in Summer. ✨😊

    @Yolanda oh, maybe it doesn't translate well in Chinese. It's Saijo Festival or Saijo Matsuri.

    Thank you for sharing amazing festival💗There are so many festivals around Japan that we can't visit all of them😁 I didn't know Saijo festival but Ehime prefecture is one of the places I want to visit again, so I hope to experience this festival someday😊I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Japanese festival💗
