So, this whole week I've been eating pretty much the same meals. For breakfast I eat a banana and then for lunch I usually have my vitamins with a bottle of water and 2 hard boiled eggs and then I switch up whether or not I have that with cheese or meat. So far I've lost quite a bit of weight and I've gotten down to 158 pounds. I used to weigh 180 pounds. So I'm cutting the fat pretty good and building up muscle at the same time
