My daughter recently had her one-year anniversary at work. They

offered her a
raise but my daughter felt she deserved more. She was assertive and asked for a higher raise.😯 Her reasoning was good and she persuaded them. I guess it doesn’t hurt to ask.✨👍
When I was her age I wasn’t courageous enough to do this.😅

    @rimi Arigato for the nice comments. 💕🥰 Overall, my daughter is thoughtful. She is also ambitious, career minded person. All I want is for my daughter to be happy. 😊 I think it’s a black toad. My daughter likes to take pictures of little creatures. 😁
