Today I decided to write this post in English for people that

are studying English reading practice.
英語のリーディングを練習してる人のために私はこのポーストを英語で書いて決めた~！☺ 質問があったら私に聞いて下さい！

Today I went to my favourite fresh fruit and vegetable shop. Everything is so great and fresh and they're all good prices. I don't mind paying a little bit more for good fruit and vegetables. It's good for my health! I feel happy when I buy things from here. I don't really buy vegetables from supermarkets anymore!
The Chamomile flowers I bought online! I'll be making Chamomile and Green tea for my health!
I'm also excited to eat the crispy fresh bread. 🍞

Today's lunch is Spicy Tofu and mushroom chicken with miso soup and avocado. 🥑

    Artichokes are not found in Japanese grocery stores. How do you use it for cooking? The combination of bread and miso soup is novel😊

    @maiko I actually don't eat artichoke myself. But I believe that only the heart/middle of the artichoke is edible and i think it can be cooked in many ways. Boiled, sautéed, baked etc... I think they're commonly added in pastas, risottos and baked dishes ☺ Thanks for commenting

    I like to buy fruits and vegetables at a shop rather than a supermarket too. Especially, I like 道の駅(Michinoeki) roadside station which is selling local products in Japan. When I travel to country side, I like to stop by at there.😄 There are rest rooms too. Are there same kind of shops in the UK?

    @Atsuko I don't think we have fruit and veg 道の駅! But we have many fruit and veg stalls and roadside farmers markets! They are really good! I find that supermarket fruit and veg are much better quality in these places! It's nice to see a big variety! It makes me want to buy everything. Even things I don't need! 😂
