Does anyone know which internet provider in China has the best

international connection? I have a really fast connection with telecom, but the international connection gets throttled really badly during peak times. Thanks

China Unicom is the best international connection provider. Telecom is the most bad one of that. VPN is not the same conception on this. I am an engineer, trust me.

google for or just go to the url ‘ziu.ooo'. It provides good VPN service that can be used in many devices like PC, cell phone(iOS and android)and iPad with a fair enough charge(various choices for duration and network flow).
