Japan was on the Australian news last night. Reporters were explaining

    Since Japan can't be locked down by Japanese law, the country can only call attention to the people. Only careful people don't go out unnecessarily. I pray for each other's safety !!

    Thank you! As you know the state doesn’t mean lockdown. The government has declared a state of emergency and citizens are asked to refrain from making non-essential outings.
