It’s ok to cry and fall apart. Who hasn’t done it?
The truth is, we are human. We all experience joy, pain, hurt, anger, happiness, lost, empty, content, excited, etc., this is perfectly normal. So stop pretending, look in the mirror, and be proud of the person staring back at you.
