I went to Seoul for the weekend to visit a friend. I stayed

in the Myeongdong area and had a great time. Shopping is significantly cheaper than in Tokyo, but the nightlife and drinking culture feels similar. A night of partying still ends at a karaoke bar in Tokyo and Seoul.
