Good morning ...Happy Labour Day

After few attempts I have mastered

in making my own pancakes. Thanks to HT friend 🌈 who helped me to bring it to perfection.

    @Jenny yes I love pancakes too and often have it at MacDonald for my breakfast. I have had few tries and today it just came out how I wanted it to be.😊

    @Jenny you need 3 table spoon pancake flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 tea spoon sugar 2 eggs, cup of milk. blend eggs add sugar. Blend flour with baking powder separately and mix later with egg. Grease pan with butter and pour mix under low heat.
