"セントラル"
昨日は半日休みをとってマンハッタンへ行って来ました。マンハッタンへは何回も行ったけれど、グランドセントラ
ル駅とセントラルパークへはまだ行ってませんでした。だからこれは僕の人生でやりたいことリストの２つをやりとげる絶好のチャンスでした! グランドセントラル駅は大きな駅で見事な星座の天井アートが描かれていました。駅の凄いスケールから自分を小さなあり🐜のように感じました。その後歩いてセントラルパークへ向かいました。楽しい散歩でした。中へ入れば入るほど都会の喧騒が消えていき、僕は静かな森の中に入り込んでいました。木の葉は秋色に染まりつつあり、りす🐿たちは駆け回ったり、どんぐりをかじったりしていました。ふと気付くと、僕は果てしない水面の前に立っておりその向こうには素晴らしいマンハッタンのスカイラインが広がっていました。僕はセントラルパーク一周しました、間違いなくそれはやりがいがあることです! これがアメリカで最も訪れられている都市公園と呼ばれていることは納得いきますね! I took a half day off and went to Manhattan yesterday. I have been there several times over the years but I have never been to Grand Central station and Central Park. So it was a nice opportunity to put a couple of ticks on my bucket list! Grand central was an enormous station with a stunning ceiling art of constellations. Scale of the station left me feel like a tiny ant🐜. Then I walked to Central Park. It was a really enjoyable walk. As I walked further into the park, the bustling city noises gradually disappeared and I was in a quiet forest. The leaves were beginning to put on fall colors and squirrels🐿 were running around, nibbling on acorns. Before I knew it, I was standing in front of an enormous body of water with a magnificent view of Manhattan skyline. I walked one full circle in the central park and it was definitely worth it! No wonder it is called the most visited urban park in USA!
