Beef tenderloin is delicious!

Seasoned with sea salt, black

pepper and worchester sauce. Then garnished with butter at the table.

Grilled on high heat to medium, about 145 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature. Flipped just once.

It is fantastic.

@Julia Wu I'm not sure which cut that is! There is one in Canada called Eye Round, but this it is different. Eye round is a tough steak. Good for marinating, stewing or roasting. Tenderloin is one of the most tender cuts.
