I stood outside for 30 mintues

today in the windy, freezing rain with just a t-shirt and thin rainshell. I didn't I would be outside for that long but I felt really cold afterwards and had a huge headache. Can you catch a cold being cold... 🤔 so cold you get stiff 😬🤒🤧
