Tonight's dinner consisted of pan fried salmon and mixed vegetables

. The salmon was fried in a butter spray along with white sesame seed, red pepper powder and iodized salt. The vegetables were a freshly diced mix of collie flour, green bell pepper, shitaki mushrooms and cucumber. This meal was both light and filling and very delicious. Bon appetit!
