Joseon Dynasty (조선시대주막), a kind of old-styled restaurant-bar

(I don't know what it is, really) down some stairs in Hongdae. Anyway, there were two cute guard dogs to greet guests. The menu was pretty interesting.

Because I hadn't tried it before, we ordered yukhoe (육회), raw beef with sliced pear. This was delicious. Also, seafood jeon (전) which is difficult to make bad, I think. We also ordered fruit and ice blended makgeolli (막걸리), which was pretty amazing. The more we drank, the better it became 😅

The service wasn't the best, but it was a nice place to relax and try new things with a friend. Would come again!
