What’s your favorite kanji?
I kind of love “雪(snow)”. I always

get excited when it starts snowing every time. I’ve started miss the snow since it’s been way too hot every day lately!

While I was doodling a snowman, I started craving something cold!

好きな漢字は何ですか？
私は「雪」が結構好きかも。雪が降りはじめると、いつもワクワクする。
最近毎日暑すぎて、もう雪が恋しくなってきた！
(季節外れの漢字でごめんね)

雪だるまを描いてたら、何か冷たいものが食べたくなってきた🍦✨

My favorite Kanji has always been 漫画 since I was 12.😃 At first, I thought the kanji looks cool after watching some anime and reading some manga. But later on, it made me think of going to Japan again, because I've read manga with beautiful art, and watched how some anime beautifully portrayed sakura trees in Spring.😌✨ Afterwards, my favorite Kanji are 日本, 東京, 大阪, 桜 and 秋葉原.😁

That’s such a lovely choice Momo chan I can imagine how nice it must feel when it starts snowing It doesn’t snow where I live, so if we want to see snow, we have to travel up north to the mountains. So snow always feels kind of special to me Also yeah, in this heat just thinking about snow sounds refreshing 😄

@Momo There's this anime licensing company in the West (mostly UK and US) called Manga Video, later called Manga Entertainment. And the logo design has the kanji 漫画 on it. Saw that logo when I was 12 and loved it since then. It eventually leads me to learning Japanese out of curiousity.😆 The kanji 桜 still remains the most beautiful kanji to write. And I think the small 女 kanji is the reason why there are many girls named Sakura in Japan.😆

@Momo Yeah it does feel special to me since we don’t see it often As for favorite kanji, as you know I’m still very new to Japanese so I don’t know many yet, But I think the kanji for light 光 looks really nice, It feels peaceful and warm in a way.😄
