Tuna fiesta! Maple BBQ with garlic, spices, lemon and soya. pan

seared for 3 mins per side, still medium rare overall, flavor is a nice mix of lemon and BBQ with a hint of maple.

Wow! 😳 It looks delicious. I have never seen such a tuna. I usually eat tuna as sashimi. I’ll try to cook it next time. Thank you for teaching me a new recipe.👨‍🍳 I have to be careful not to overcook the tuna. Right?

@Kaori thank you and yes, be careful to only sear it on the outside and keep it rare in the middle. When cooking use a fork to poke some holes allowing the sauce to enter it on both sides
