While on my hour lunch break, I took the opportunity to get someexercise in under the clear blue skies. I worked on my mobility, stability and flexibility. It's important to not only exercise for aesthetics and to look good. That's wonderful and who doesn't want to look good? However, it's important to also train your mind and spirit. Work on your balance and stabilization and it'll help you find balance and stabilization in your mind and your life!
