July 10 high mountain hike - Part 5:

Today I have some more pika views to share and then a series of shots I want to label "best buddies". At first, I saw one of those marmots starring in this series from below. The trail made a sharp turn I found myself above that rock and looking down. Now there were two marmots laying on that big rock very close together, just sunning themselves. Was it a couple maybe? 😆
