I have a bit of English slang for you today

! The slang is the word “sick”. Although this word is properly and more commonly used meaning “ill” this word is also used as slang meaning “very cool”.

For example: Wow that back flip you did was sick!

This slang is used mostly by younger people and is not overly popular - but something you may definitely hear.
