🔹 If you need the attention of someone say Excuse me or sorry, before you start speaking. Even if you're in the right to ask something you're asking them to take time out of their day to responsed to you.

We say please, thank you, sorry, could, would ect alot because it shows we have given thought/respect to others around us, no matter how minor the thing may be.
