Well hello there pretty bird! London is full of exotic birds

called parakeets. They are not native to England but actually come from The Himalayas. People had them as pets but some escaped, now they breed successfully. Because they are from the mountains, they are happy in the cold climate here. They also love a little stroke. This one flew straight into my hands☺
They are certainly nicer to look at that pigeons and crows! 🇬🇧
